background and guidelines
a number of people have requested changing the background color and allowing for guide lines and things
I will be incorporating this into the next released version, however I need to alter the file format to do this
panning and zooming
A number of people have asked for panning and zooming around sketches
This is something I am thinking about, but would need to be enabled and disabled easily.
I have an interface which would allow panning around an image
I think I will be using this, however zooming needs work and to that end I am building a fractal explorer to examine the interface.
tagging and grouping
I am developing the interface which will allow tagging and grouping of all the frames created within liqbase.
To do this correctly I feel I need to expand the file format into a database and am developing
the object model and structure to account for live editing and bulk manipulation of many frames.
hand writing recognition
Since I am saving every stroke I have algorithms to compare all similar items and believe I can give
an accurate HWR system which can account for multiple letter squiggles ;)
Since I have not had any time to develop this it sits idle.
This also requires the database.
interface designer
i am sick of drawing an interface and having to then code it up.
I want to create interface screens on the fly and tie them into live data.
This has a high personal priority with me, eventually I want to have a full interactive IDE in my hand.
screen savers
I'm creating a few different alternative screensavers to replace the stars and clock as currently exists.
these will be done as they are done, if people want to make their own modules, feel free.
camera fun
i want to expand the utilization of the camera.
i see great value in being able to take a picture and write a note on the back like a polaroid
I want you to be able to create instant postcards and send them
i want to take a picture of my receipts and mark on what they were for.
i want to jott down my car mileage when I filled up
Of course I also want to draw silly faces on people
barcodes
barcode scanning should come for free and as standard whenever you use the camera it should be available.
scanning codes should simply be inserted into your data stream as a frame and be visible on the timeline
Lookup of information based on the results can be done online or offline.
I have a basic interface point and am looking for a library to utilize and designing the results screen.
sharing
I would like to advance the automatic upload of media frames to internet services.
sending images to flickr or tweets to jaiku or sketches themselves upto liqbase.net would be nice
i should be able to send some or all of my data to any of the configured accounts.
master machine
i would like to develop a "big daddy" version of liqbase suited for a larger format tablet/touchscreen.
i want all data created from any machine (handheld or desktop) to be available as it happens on my the other twinned machines.
I don't want this to rely on internet connectivity and should work on the lan.
